At Buyer’s Choice, our mission is to conduct business with integrity, putting our clients’ interest above all else. We enjoy educating and empowering our buyers through the homebuying process. We leverage our years of real estate experience in Greater Boston to help our clients better understand broader market trends, prices, and fluctuations. We are fully present with our clients at each stage of the buyer journey to ensure they are informed and understand what their rights and requirements are. We strive to put our buyers in the driver’s seat of their real estate purchase and seek to provide good counsel and guidance along their journey.

We’re compelled to steer clients away from properties we feel contradict their interests and ultimately driven to help clients find a property that meets all of their lifestyle and financial requirements.

Nick Martin

I help people buy homes in the Boston area. I live on the North Shore and have fallen in love with the area. After moving here in 2006, I learned a lot about the North Shore communities and discovered each has its own personal charm. As an agent, I have covered areas all over Essex county into Middlesex county. I have agents that are strong advocates in areas further out than that.

I became a buyers advocate because when I was house hunting, I came across some very unique experiences which have taught me a lot about the Real Estate industry. There are a lot of things buyers aren’t aware of and I want to be able to protect them and guide them through what is commonly the most important and biggest purchase of their lives. As an Exclusive Buyer Agent, I am their advocate, resource and advisor. I work to protect their best interests and make sure the purchase they’re going to make is the right one for them.



Melissa Addis

Exclusive Buyers Real Estate Agent

Melissa Addis has been Buyer’s Choice Realty’s top producer since 2008. She enjoys working with homebuyers and loves advocating for them throughout the real estate transaction, from the initial consultation to handing over the keys. She is a model of integrity and prides herself in fulfilling all of the fiduciary duties for her clients. She uses her 20 years of real estate expertise to strategically craft Offers in this challenging market. A native of Charleston, SC, Melissa combines Southern charm with 25 years of New England forthrightness. She brings a passion for helping others that is reflected in her Human Services background where she received a BS in Psychology and went on to work as a Victim Witness Advocate for the Essex County District Attorney’s Office before ultimately becoming a Broker at Buyer’s Choice Realty. She is a member of the North Shore Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She also serves on the board for the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Melissa holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation.
